The Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge required for a career in the bakery and confectionery industry. The course spans 18 months, including 34 weeks of classroom learning followed by 24 weeks of industrial training.The Diploma is awarded by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Noida.Students learn various techniques such as bread making, pastry creation, cake decoration, and chocolate work.Graduates of this program can pursue careers as bakers, pastry chefs, chocolatiers, dessert specialists or even venture into self-employment.

Higher Secondary passed (10+2 passed) with English as a subject.
